Keeping things peaceful

- Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM.
- No candles or smoking indoors, including vaping and e-cigarettes. Outdoor smoking is welcome in the covered areas: under the pergola, or under the awning outside either door on the guest floor. Please keep the doors closed while smoking outside.
- Commercial photography and filming are permitted, as listed.
Four-legged company
- Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 4 pets as listed.
- A flat $50 pet fee applies per stay, not per night or per pet.
- The yard has an opening at the driveway. Supervise pets and children, and clean up after dogs.
